Since 1947, United American Insurance has provided quality life, health and accident coverage for U.S., Canada and District of Columbia residents. Starting in 1966 with the passage of the Medicare bill, UA focused increasingly on seniors, gaining recognition as a leading writer of individual Medicare Supplements. Currently, UA provides a wide spectrum of products, including supplemental policies tailored for under- and uninsured individuals.
United American Insurance provides supplemental critical illness insurance policies, available on first diagnosis of a covered critical illness. Covered illnesses include major organ transplant (heart lung, liver, kidney, pancreas or bone marrow), heart attack, stroke, total loss of eyesight or hearing, and end-stage (chronic) renal failure.
Choose benefit amounts of $10,000, $20,000, $30,000, $40,000 or $50,000, payable in a direct, one-time lump sum on first diagnosis. United American critical illness insurance policies are available for ages 18 through 64, guaranteed renewable through age 80. (Benefit amount will reduce by 50% at age 65.) Individual and spouse coverage is available.
